Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of clients do you partner with?

At TTM, we pride ourselves on making it possible for everyone with a passion for thoroughbreds to be involved. Our exceptionally diverse partner pool consists of modest income to high net worth individuals and groups of first-time investors who want less risk by sharing the investment. Some of our investment partners simply wish to be updated electronically quarterly. In contrast, others love the thrill of visiting the farm, the track, and the sales with us. We strive to deliver the experience that best meets your goals and comfort level.

What is the average investment of your partners?

We have partners that invest in a 10% share of a single Pinhook as part of a group, to those that have diversified a sizeable financial investment across multiple service lines. We feel that each client is a valued part of the TTM team!

How do you determine which trainer to send a horse to?

Having decades of experience in the thoroughbred industry from different perspectives, our Management Team has established close working relationships with the best trainers in racing today. Additionally, that experience also encompasses selecting the best horses at the sales and personally breaking and training each horse. We combine all those skills to provide an educated process of choosing the best trainer and program for each horse going to the track. As humans, what is suitable for one horse may not be optimal for another.

What makes your business different from the others?

TTM offers a full cycle of investment opportunities allowing our investment partners to keep everything under one umbrella. Our clients love that when their horse leaves the sale for breaking and training or needs to rehabilitate, or even rest from the track for a bit, they are in one location under our watchful eyes. Each of us brings different skills to the table. By combining our strengths, we can provide exceptional services backed by years of educational and hands-on experience.
